I most certainly see the frustration here as well. I want to see my recent orders, and most of the time, that button does NOT work... In Firefox or IE either.

Such a simple thing to fix but they haven't even reviewed this and it has been over two months. Makes me wonder if it is worth it to bother spending my time making suggestions...

I disagree about it being already offered.

You do offer the ability to setup Standards if you go through your Admin. I've tried to go through my admin for the last year and still don't have standards on the site. we've sent him several copies of our desired standards, but by the time they show up we'll have new standards (2010). I need to be able to set them up by going through the configurator and then 'choosing' to put it in a specific catalog. Why can't I as the administrator for our company add them myself? It shouldn't be all that difficult to code considering how the equotes are setup now...

Go to your Internet Explorer > TOOLS > Internet Options > Security Tab > Pick your Zone on top, and click CUSTOM LEVEL on bottom.
Now find: DISPLAY MIXED CONTENT > and click ENABLE (instead of Prompt).
Click OK, and OK...

DONE!

Yes, something like the Toner page for a particular printer.
I can add all sorts of toner packs, individual toners, etc...
Now, just let me customize ONE page with all the toners, etc that I use (use my saved items), and the items I use the most, and give me the ability to just enter quantity, and ADD TO CART! Blammo! I've got business to do!

Even worse... You will be OUT/Backordered on 310-9639, but have plenty of 310-9603.. If that ever happened, I would not stop beating my head into the wall...

That's: Add them all to the CART in 1 fellow swoop!

Could DELL Design an RSS Feed that I can subscribe to, for the update of all my orders? Preferably filtered on Customer Number... I am an IT Service Specialist, and help several companies with their DELL orders... it would be nice for the DELL's RSS feed to tell ME when something is updated, so i don't have to chase down the orders.

Sometimes, I have No Orders, but sometimes I have 15...  Keeping track of ship dates, arrival dates, production dates, and everything... drives me nuts.
Can you create an RSS feed that my Outlook can notify me when there is an update in my shipments and orders?

1. Perfectly Agree... the site is sooooo slooow...  I click something.. it sits and loads for 30 seconds... I click a printer..  it loads 20 seconds...  I click to customize the printer..  20 seconds. Give me a Break! Now I overload your sales staff with giving me quotes for printers and stuff I should be able to order on my own with a few clicks in a minute or two... Now you're paying for it with more staff hours!

2. Yes, login is slow as well... But why do I have to CLICK in the login window to type? Why do i have to click to want to login at all? If I go to the premier page, ASSUME I WANT TO LOGIN! And set the cursor focus on the LOGIN field automatically!

8. Yes... sometimes I have to tell my reps it is cheaper in the Premier section than what they quoted me... annoying..

9. Or how about... a Checkbox at the end, that reads "Do you want to add email alerts for driver updates?" BLAMMO! Done!

Should be KEYWORD search or Part number Search on Home Page

Just noticed that sometimes I log in and the site is NOT HTTPS.  Most of the time after log in I see it is HTTPs, but now on site and HTTP only.

HTTPS security is pretty basic and goes way back.  I don't understand why Dell would send my important info unencrypted.

SBS2008 Std. Ed. is now a choice for the T300. Thank you.

I agree with the majority.  First and foremost Premier just needs to work.  It crashes, won't log you on, etc, etc, etc.  It is nothing short of horrible.  Just focus on making it work first.  Then once it is stable we can suggest improvements.  It makes no sense to put fancy wheels on a car that has a bad engine and transmission.  Fix those first.

I completely agree!  CDW's website is way better!  The features, functionality and general ease of use are so much better than My Premier!  I get frustrated every time I have to search for past orders because I can never find the information I need.  Then I usually have to call my rep and have her help me.  In My opinion, the new changes to the Premier page have made the site worse than before!

The ability to pull up a complete list of all systems my company has purchased from Dell and being able to see Service Tag, purchase date, warranty information/expiration etc would be useful. It would help in life cycle planning and system replacement/warranty extension purchaing.

Additionally it would be nice to know WHY the orders are being cancelled!  Procurement is at 3+ weeks at this point!  Everytime I call in I'm transferred to no less than 8 representatives who can't help.  The customer service has been abysmal the last few years, and now I can't even place an order?  After 11 years of exclusively using Dell, maybe it's time to look for another vendor.

I second your comments. I would like to add that it would nice to have equipment added to My Systems list without me having to manually add it. My Systems list would basicailly duplicate a customer number order history.  A user should be able to claim more than one customer number.

I believe you can add the warranty expiration date to the systems list table.
